In the article, “Dentists offer day of free care,” published on page A4 of the Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012, edition of the Daily Chronicle, the wrong date was given for when local places will take part in the “Dentist with a Heart” program, which offers free dental care to those in need. In Sycamore, the participating dentists are Dr. Joseph Sullivan, Dr. Anthony Chulick and Dr. Kay Currey, and they will provide free dental care today, Feb. 15.
The story, “Timeline offered in search to replace Bockman,” published in the Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2012, edition of the Daily Chronicle requires clarification. A subcommittee to assist in the search for County Administrator Ray Bockman established by County Board President Larry Anderson would choose a nominee from four to six finalists selected by the executive committee.
• A story on the Hinckley-Big Rock boys basketball team’s win against Indian Creek published on page B1 of the Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, edition of the Daily Chronicle incorrectly stated who the Royals would play in the Little Ten Conference tournament championship game Friday night. H-BR played Somonauk.
A photo caption on page A3 of the Friday, Jan. 27, 2012, edition of the Daily Chronicle incorrectly identified the rank of Sycamore Marine Bill Becker. He is a corporal.
• In the Wrestling Insider published on page B3 of the Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012, edition of the Daily Chronicle, the winning school of the 2011 Northern Illinois Big 12 Conference wrestling tournament was incorrectly identified. Sterling won the tournament.
